Flood Precast provided Precast Concrete Stairs for the re-development of the Oaks Shopping Centre in London

The former Oaks shopping centre in Acton, west London, will provide 174 apartments and 42,000 sq ft of retail space. Construction of a significant mixed-use regeneration scheme in Acton is well underway with concrete frame constructions progressing well. The completed development will comprise of a new shopping mall with secured anchor tenants M&S Simply Food, Lidl and Wilkinson. Construction is currently on programme and due to complete in July 2019.

All our stair and landing units are designed in-house, manufactured, delivered and installed to the highest standards. Precast Concrete Stairs can be placed along with Precast Concrete Flooring giving immediate safe access to upper floors quickly and efficiently.
