Flood Precast we’re delighted to be appointed by David Ashley Construction to design, manufacture and supply Precast Concrete Stairs to Kangaroo Works residential development which is another phase of the Heart in the City II development.

86no precast stairs we’re supplied with yellow tread protection affixed to the each riser. We also worked in conjunction with Delta Balustrade who fitted their handrail system to our precast stairs before installation.

Kangaroo Works development comprises 364 residences with a combination of 1, 2  and 3 bedroom apartments, which will be built and operated under the Build to Rent model. Commercial space will be provided at ground floor levels onto Rockingham and Wellington Streets
