Precast Concrete for Apartment Development at Blackhall Place

This seven-storey apartment development Colmcille House was completed earlier in the year by DHD Construction. The building consists of 23 apartments with balconies at all upper levels and associated circulation areas. This project is located at the busy city-centre junction of Blackhall Place and North Kings Street. DHD Construction was the main contractor on this project which involved a piled foundation sub-structure with a masonry, precast concrete and in-situ reinforced concrete superstructure. Flood Precast designed, manufactured and installed 2000m2 of Precast Concrete Flooring and 13no Precast Stairs for this city-centre project.

Ronan has more than 20 years experience in the Construction Industry. Since joining Flood Precast in 2003, he has developed strong working relationships with new and existing customers, both in the UK and Ireland. This is achieved by his commitment to closely managing projects from tendering stage through to completion of works on site. Ronan graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Construction Studies.

Outside of work Ronan is a family man who also has a keen interest in most sports especially Gaelic games and soccer.
