Concrete Stairs Design and Manufactured for the Victoria Square Development London

Flood Precast are delighted to be appointed as a subcontractor to provide the precast concrete stairs design and manufactured for Getjar. The Victoria Square Woking project for Sir Robert McAlpine, where Getjar will be delivering the concrete superstructure to this £460m mixed-use redevelopment of Woking town centre designed by Benoy.

Flood Precast has built up vast knowledge and experience of different types of applications of precast concrete stairs and landings over the years. Our precast stairs are modern, versatile, cost-effective & 120 minutes fire-resistant.

The Victoria Square development, due to be completed in 2020, will contain more than 125,000sq/ft of retail space, anchored by a large Marks and Spencer, along with 429 flats, a multi-storey car park, a medical centre and two public plazas. A new Hilton hotel will also open on site, with 189 rooms, conference facilities and a bar offering panoramic views of the town.
