Precast hollowcore concrete flooring provided for PCC

Balbriggan Primary Care Centre.

Construction started on site in May 2015 and the last load of the project which included Precast Stairs delivered to site at the end of June 2016. Precast hollowcore concrete flooring was provided for Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Roof Floors.

Works have been completed on a major Primary Care facility in the centre of busy village of Balbriggan, in North Dublin, for Moffat Healthcare. The 7000m2 facility , comprising retail units , medical suites , Pharmacy , offices , as well as services and car parking facilities , which took about 14 months to complete , and are being delivered under the direction of Kerrigan Sheanon Newman, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. The prestigious have been designed by well know architect, Ciaran Hussey.

This development comprises of:

  • HSE Primary Care Clinic (25,000ft²)
  • GP & Dental Clinics (20,000ft²)
  • Cafe (3,000ft²)
  • Pharmacy (2,000ft²)
