Following recommendation from Walsh Associates Engineers, Flood Precast was appointed to design, manufacture and install the precast concrete flooring and stair units to the above large scale Residential development in Belvedere, London.
One of the key advantages that Flood Precast was able to bring to the table was their design and detailing for Disproportionate Collapse by using their Wideslab, two way spanning system.
From early design through to completion, Floods offered an exceptional service. Their products were of a very high quality standard and delivery and installation went like clockwork.
