Flood Precast worked in partnership with Dwyer Nolan and their design team to design, manufacture and install precast frame for 5 residential apartment blocks consisting of 138 Apartments along with 55 Houses at their development Glenamuck Manor Dublin 18.
The main structure of the apartment buildings consists of 200mm thick precast solid walls, 200mm of hollowcore slabs with 75mm of screed also with precast beams, columns and precast stairs.
