Flood Precast worked in Partnership with Walls Construction Ltd on Lidl Ballymun North Quarter designing, manufacturing and the Installation of 11400 m2 of Precast Concrete Wideslab flooring, 8500m2 of Precast Walls and 40no Precast Stairs.
The development consists of the construction of a 361 bedroom student accommodation building in two blocks, ranging from 5 to 6 storeys and rising to 10 storeys at the corner of this landmark scheme. The completed student accommodation building will
include a management suite, student common areas and retail units at ground floor level, while the total area of almost 16,500m2 includes a new Lidl supermarket with office space (4,000m2).
