Precast Hollowcore Flooring & Stairs for Teagasc Food Research Centre

Construction of an extension to existing conference facility to contain staff canteen, lecture hall, new entrance, offices, toilets and circulation space. Flood Precast worked on this project and designed supplied and installed Precast Hollowcore flooring and Precast Concrete Stairs.

Pre-stressed hollowcore flooring are highly engineered structural products manufactured under factory controlled conditions.  The use of Precast Concrete Hollowcore Flooring is a highly cost effective solution that fits easily into any structural system such as steel or concrete frame or indeed masonry construction.
